Fairy Waves: Tips

The Elf Radiowave combines the dual technologies of "microneedle" and "radiowave". Through "ultra-fine needles", the "radiowave" energy is targeted at the superficial, middle and deep layers of the skin and heated to produce a high temperature of 60~80°C for stimulation. Then, through the skin's self-healing ability, it stimulates the regeneration of "collagen", "elastin" and "hyaluronic acid", making the skin younger, the lines faded, and the skin firm and elastic.

Before treatment‧Peace of mind Check List

If the patient has injected botulinum toxin, fillers (such as hyaluronic acid), or used oral A acid, topical A acid products, skin peels or laser resurfacing within 6 months before treatment, the doctor needs to determine whether the patient can receive treatment.

Stop using skin care products or medications containing glycolic acid or A acid (such as three-in-one whitening ointment) 3 days and 2 weeks before treatment.

Because the treatment may cause a pricking sensation, a topical anesthetic cream will be applied before the treatment. If necessary, you may also take pre-treatment painkillers.

People with noticeably sagging skin or those who are older may need to combine other treatments to restore skin firmness at the same time.

Pregnant women, patients with infectious diseases, coagulation disorders, diabetes, keloids, metal allergies, metal or electronic implants, autoimmune diseases, or those who have taken anticoagulant or anti-inflammatory drugs within 2 weeks are prohibited from using this product.

You should avoid taking medications such as aspirin within one week before vascular laser treatment to avoid affecting blood coagulation.

Post-treatment care

1. After treatment, your skin may experience slight redness, dryness, and warmth (similar to the feeling after sun exposure), as well as slight subcutaneous swelling and pain. This is a normal reaction. The redness will generally subside naturally within a few hours to a few days; the subcutaneous swelling will improve within a few days.

2. It is recommended to use moisturizing skin care products within 24 hours after treatment and use postoperative ointment according to the doctor's instructions.

3. Gently cleanse and care for your skin within 24 hours to 3 days after treatment. Please protect your skin from the sun and use moisturizing serums or growth factors. To avoid acne, pustules, and dermatitis, if you need to wear makeup, it is recommended to use light makeup (light foundation or spot concealer). Please use a new powder puff and avoid prolonged application of makeup or repeated touch-ups.

4. Within 1 week after treatment, microscabs will appear on the treated area. The scabs will fall off naturally in about 5 to 7 days. Please do not remove the scabs by yourself.

5. The skin in the treated area may experience local redness within 1 week after treatment, which will gradually subside. The skin color may also become darker. This is a normal phenomenon in the skin repair process and does not indicate darkening. There is no need to worry too much.

6. Within one week after treatment, please avoid going to high-temperature places (such as saunas), swimming, or doing strenuous exercises that cause sweating to reduce unnecessary irritation to the skin.
