Aspirin, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, and health supplements (e.g., ginkgo, high-dose vitamin E, fish oil, etc.) should be avoided one week before treatment to avoid increasing the possibility of bruising and bleeding at the treatment site.
The treatment time varies from approximately 15 to 30 minutes (depending on individual skin condition and treatment area). However, due to the preparation time and post-treatment maintenance process, you need to reserve at least 1 hour for the treatment.
Patients with abnormal immune system function (such as diabetics) and those who have used fillers such as crystal porcelain (microcrystalline porcelain), hyaluronic acid, artificial dermis or collagen in the past month should inform their doctor in advance.
Those with special physical conditions, special allergies, special skin disease histories, those taking special medications for a long time, or those who are allergic to related anesthetic dressings should inform their physician in advance.

1. Within 24 hours after surgery, you can use ice packs to reduce swelling. Do not place ice directly on the treatment area to avoid the possibility of wound infection.
2. Avoid going to the beach or any area with heavy exposure to ultraviolet rays or extremely cold weather within 24 hours after surgery. It is recommended to apply sunscreen with SPF 30 or above when going out.
3. Moisturize well within 48 hours after the operation. Do not press the injected area or do facial massage to avoid wound infection.
4. Please avoid activities that may increase skin temperature, such as sauna, SPA, oven, hot spring bath, etc. within one week after the treatment.
5. Do not put too much pressure on the injected area or massage it after the operation. Avoid spicy food or excessive drinking to allow the skin to recover to its best condition.
6. After the injection, you may experience redness, swelling, itching, and a soft touch at the injection site due to your individual constitution. This is normal and will usually disappear after a few days.
7. It is recommended not to stay up late or smoke, so as not to slow down the treatment effect. If there are local bruises, slight swelling and pain, they will disappear on their own in about 1-2 weeks.

Ellansé silk injections primarily stimulate collagen production through chains of PCL microspheres. The treatment duration varies depending on the PCL composition and duration of effect, and is available in four formulations: S, M, L, and E. Currently, only two formulations of Ellansé silk are legally available in Taiwan: S and M. The S formulation stimulates collagen production for one year, with a duration of two years; the M formulation stimulates collagen production for two years, with a duration of three to four years.
